Refund policy

AtĀ ORRIVE, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product:

  • Is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • Is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Includes all original seals, labels, and invoices

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised withinĀ 2 DAYSĀ from the date of delivery.

  • Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

  • After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality check

If the return is approved, the refund or exchange process will be initiated.


4. Refund Process & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed withinĀ 7-15 DaysĀ after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

5. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us withinĀ 2 DAYSĀ of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

This policy helps us maintain product safety and quality standards.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be covered byĀ ORRIVE.

  • For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.


9. Policy Abuse & Final Decision

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of repeated misuse or policy abuse. All decisions made byĀ ORRIVE regarding returns and refunds will be final.
